AMSTERDAM has appointed Landsdowne as the Estate Managers and Managing Agent. Residents will need to participate in the thirty (60) day migration window, following which all legacy systems and procedures will be discontinued permanently.
The Service Upgrade requires residents to register for the new systems. Residents must also register for the Landsdowne Service Desk and Community Portal. Among other key benefits accessing and using the Landsdowne Service Desk is the imperative of accessing private Estate information including secure and confidential information, community rules, procedures and form.
